Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with premium international logistics channels to bring you the best shipping and assembly experience. 
• Shipping Method: Standard International Freight (with end-to-end online tracking).
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days to most destinations (including the US and Canada).
• Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders over $50 (Standard shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders under $50).

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday congestion, or weather issues outside our control. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package every step of its journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
QC.EarthBoxCrafts.Zen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for US and Canadian customers, standard hobby models rarely trigger import duties under normal thresholds.
